Weston’s Story
Weston’s connection to ranch real estate runs deep. His grandfather founded the family brokerage over 50 years ago, and Weston was raised in Medina, Texas, where small-town values helped shape who he is today. From a young age, growing up in the ranching lifestyle gave him a sharp eye for land and a natural ability to connect buyers with the right properties.
He now lives in Boerne with his wife, Chandler, and their two children, Bishop and Callahan. Weston’s strong work ethic, developed while working as a ranch hand in high school, has driven his success—he’s closed over $373 million in sales, with another $19 million pending into early 2025. He’s been recognized as one of the National Association of REALTORS® “30 Under 30” and is a four-time San Antonio Business Journal award winner, clinching #2 in 2025.
Weston is also the founder of Disabled Outdoorsmen USA, a nonprofit inspired by his cousin T.J. duPerier. The organization helps individuals with disabilities experience the outdoors and has expanded to five states.
